Well look at that, a new character. 
I was supposed to design so many other characters but ended up drawing this dude. He was basically an accident--

I feel like this is a character who won't belong to any stories, and will be there just for the fun of drawing him. 
And I'm not that picky with his clothes either, just because I could draw different outfits for him now and then.
This is basically just for the general style I'm going for.
