Abilities: 
They can delete certain things by touch. They can't do this on other living things than Glitches and Bugs. The weaker the opponent, the easier it is to delete it. 

Job:
They make sure nothing flawed exists in the system. If there are any corrupted files, shortcuts, DATA... They need to delete it before it spreads. 
Their usual worries are corrupted shortcuts a.k.a worlds, which can become Glitch nests if untreated. 
While Power guards the heart of the system which is the place where everything is created, Delete delete's everything that's dying.

Personality: 
They take everything pretty seriously, they don't seem to appreciate their job sometimes since it makes them look like all they are dealing with is other's trash. 
They know they are important but sometimes get's jealous of Power because they get all the appreciation even though Delete thinks Power isn't doing anything at all. 
Delete is kind of anti-social, and keeps things to themselves while they go around in the System taking care of things. 
Power is pretty close to Delete though, because they know they go pretty much hand in hand. Even because of jealousy, Power is pretty much the only one Delete tolerates.
